Before submission
If you change your mind before we submit your report to FinCEN, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Our error
If your report is rejected because of a mistake on our side, we refund you in full and, if you wish, correct and resubmit at no extra cost.
Your information
We cannot refund when a report is rejected or penalized because of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information you provided, since the work was performed correctly on the data given.
Eligibility
If our free eligibility check shows you do not need to file, there is nothing to pay. If you paid and it turns out you were exempt, contact us at [email protected] and we'll refund you.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your reference. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
