1. Who we are
boi-concierge.com is operated by Rage Agency Ltd. ("we", "us"). We are an independent compliance concierge. We are not FinCEN, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any government agency, and we do not act on their behalf.
2. Our service
We prepare, review, and submit a FinCEN Beneficial Ownership Information report on your behalf using the information you provide. Filing the report directly at boiefiling.fincen.gov is free; our fee is for our service only.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the reporting company. We rely on your information and are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete data you supply.
4. Fees and payment
Standard is $99 and Priority is $179, charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe at the time of order. The official FinCEN filing fee is $0.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: full refund before submission, full refund if a report is rejected due to our error, no refund where a report fails because of false information you provided.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide a preparation and submission service, not legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for penalties arising from information you provided or from your decision about whether you were required to file.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware for U.S.-facing matters and, concurrently, by the laws of England & Wales for customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
